UK delivery
Delivery costs
Delivery to UK addresses is £6, or free for orders of £50 or over, except for addresses in the Shetland Isles, Orkney, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight, where a delivery surcharge may apply.
Dispatch times
If a product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 3–10 working days. Items showing as available to order will take longer, please check the individual product page and contact us if you need a more specific delivery date.
Delivery method
Due to the variable size and unique nature of our products, they may be sent to you by postal service or on a pallet delivery.
All deliveries require a signature. Re-delivery may incur an additional cost.
International delivery
We can arrange delivery door-to-door anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a quote.
Collection
If you prefer, you can collect your order from us at The Barns, East Street, Turners Hill, West Sussex, RH10 4QA.
Please wait for a collection confirmation email from us to confirm your order is ready before making the trip.
Returns
In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
If you wish to return your item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt before returning the item. Providing the item is still in a completely saleable condition and in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that we will not refund the initial delivery charges except when the item is being returned due to damage or a fault. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, and we recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns.
